Most people visit Lookout Lavender during bloom season.
Few get to experience what happens next.
After the last bundle of lavender is picked, another fascinating chapter begins—distillation.
Freshly harvested lavender is loaded into our copper still, where steam gently extracts the essential oil drop by precious drop. The aroma is incredible, and it's one of our favorite traditions of the year.
We'd love to invite you behind the scenes to experience it for yourself.
Lavender Distillation Days
Saturday, July 4
Saturday, July 11
Farm Open: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
Distillation Demonstration: Approximately 11:30 AM–2:00 PM
Stroll the peaceful farm, watch the still in action, ask questions, and discover how our lavender is transformed into the pure essential oil used in many of our products.
No reservations are needed and there is no cost to enter—just come enjoy the sights, the fragrance, and the process.
We hope to see you at the still!
